OutserveWeb & Accounting Firm Join Forces To Help Fusion Paper
Fusion Paper & Board Ltd were growing and, consequently, moving to a new warehouse. They also had plans to integrate directly with Amazon. The paper products company, which is based in Bradford in West Yorkshire, were using Sage Line 50, but found that it was not allowing them to scale up to meet the demands of their expanding business. In particular, they now needed better stock management reporting and more complex order processing and sales management than Sage Line 50 could offer.
As accounting and Xero experts, Beever and Struthers managed Fusion Paper’s migration from Sage Line 50 to Xero. Fusion Paper now benefits from Xero’s automated bank feeds and the fact that there are no corrupt data issues. Director at Fusion Paper, Claire Gray-Nicholson said:
“Xero gives us much more visibility. We can access everything in the cloud with no software updates to worry about. It also means we can have multiple users, meaning that all the key people can see what’s going on at any one time.”
Although Beever and Struthers are Xero specialists, they needed to bring in OutserveWeb to help them integrate Xero with Unleashed inventory management software. Fusion Paper were introduced to OutserveWeb by Beever and Struthers accountant, John Toon. The integration with Unleashed gave Fusion paper the stock management reporting they needed, along with complete control over their order process. Claire says,
